It's all over for Bolivia

No more foreign capital. What is more worrying is the fact that after
a decade of the Reagan administration checking the advance of
communism in South and Central America, under W the communists are
gaining rapid ground. Look for Nicaragua to fall next. Obviously,
emerging markets returns should be hurt in the long run.

The world of consulting rapidly changes, and this forum is designed to help all participants in the marketplace by serving as a location for the exchange of ideas.
